As part of ongoing investigations targeting organised crime activity under Operation Tara, Gardaí attached to the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau (GNDOCB) conducted an operation in Dublin yesterday, Monday 2nd November 2026.
As part of the operation, Gardaí stopped a vehicle in the Clonsaugh area and searched a residential property in Coolock.
Cannabis with an estimated value of €784,000 was seized during the course of the operation.
A woman, aged in her 20s, was arrested pursuant to Section 15 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1977/84 in relation to the sale and supply of controlled drugs.
She is currently detained at a Dublin Garda station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996, as amended.
Investigations are ongoing.
