Cannabis Cooperatives (EHB 1941) – Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR 101) Filed
On May 14, 2026, the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:
The Board filed a preproposal statement of inquiry (CR 101) to consider amending chapter 314-55 to implement Engrossed House Bill 1941 (Chapter 218, Laws of 2026). This bill allows cannabis producer licensees to form cooperatives and agricultural associations.
