Here we go again… Social Equity Program Applications Open September 1


Let’s hope it works better than last time and the endless loopholes and dealys asscociated with social equity programs around the country have been plugged. I doubt it though

Are you interested in building a career, starting a business, or providing professional services in Massachusetts’ regulated cannabis industry?  The Cannabis Control Commission’s Social Equity Program (SEP) may be able to help.

The Social Equity Program is a free, statewide technical assistance and training program designed to create sustainable pathways into the cannabis industry for individuals who have been disproportionately affected by marijuana prohibition and enforcement.

Applications will be accepted from:
September 1 through November 30, 2026

Prospective applicants should begin by reviewing the program’s eligibility requirementsfour training tracks, and application documentation guidance.

Additional information about virtual application clinics and the MassCIP application process will be announced soon.
