GHAIGHAT, SEPTEMBER 22
Police have seized 182 kg of marijuana from a forest area in Katari Municipality-6 of Udayapur district.
According to the District Police Office, Udayapur, a patrol team from the Area Police Office, Katari recovered the marijuana at around 7:30 pm on Monday. It had been packed in nine sacks and concealed in bushes near an open area in the forest.
Police said the marijuana was found unattended and has been kept at the Area Police Office, Katari. An investigation into the seizure is underway.
