Some secrets are hard to keep — even at one of the year’s most top-secret weddings.
A guest at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce‘s star-studded ceremony couldn’t resist sharing photos of the couple’s invitation.
Ashish Ferguson, brother of Kelce’s childhood friend and former personal chef Kumar Ferguson, posted the invite to Instagram on Monday, July 6, before quickly deleting it.
Forest-themed invitation
“You’re invited. July 3rd, 2026 Manhattan. Love, Taylor & Travis,” the forest-themed invitation read, with a note at the bottom specifying, “One night only. Early evening. Black tie.”
Each invitation was personalized with the guest’s name, along with the couple’s custom double “T” monogram.
The backdrop featured a painted forest scene with a stream and an orange sky, tying into the wedding’s colors.
‘Garden inside the Garden’
Page Six reported that Kelce and Swift transformed Madison Square Garden into “a garden inside the Garden,” with trees, oversized green furnishings and a large gazebo.
Orange armchairs, cocktail tables, green chairs and other pieces were also spotted being loaded into trucks as the venue was set up.
Guest favors weren’t left out of the forest theme either. On Instagram, singer Maren Morris shared a white handkerchief gifted to guests, featuring the couple’s monogram, wedding date and location.
The proposal
The wedding’s garden theme was fitting, given that Kelce’s proposal to Swift the previous summer featured a similar garden-like backdrop.
The Kansas City Chiefs star got down on one knee in a garden overflowing with fresh flowers at his estate in Leawood, Kan., in August 2025.
The couple shared photos soon after, posing among plants and pink-and-white floral arrangements. Swift also showed off her engagement ring, which is estimated to be between 8 and 10 carats.
Inside the big day
Less than a year after the proposal, the pair tied the knot in front of more than 1,000 guests.
The over-the-top celebration featured performances from Stevie Nicks and Paul McCartney, along with a raffle where guests won prizes like Chanel and Dior bags and Cartier watches.
Although most guests were required to sign a strict non-disclosure agreement, some celebrities have shared details about the couple’s emotional vows.
Good Morning America’s George Stephanopoulos told an ABC reporter that “the vows were everything you would hope for — real, vulnerable, serious and silly, deeply loving.”
