Seeking Feedback: ESSB 5403, New Draft Rule Language
The LCB has updated draft rule language implementing Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill (ESSB) 5403 on Financial Interest Agreements for Cannabis Retailers. The new draft rule language can be found at the link below and on the LCB’s Current Rulemaking Activity webpage.
The LCB welcomes all feedback and encourages associations, businesses, and other interested parties to coordinate comments on behalf of their members to assist in streamlining the feedback process.

No additional public feedback sessions are planned. Following this comment period, the LCB will finalize the draft rules and then proceed to the CR-102 proposal phase, which will entail conducting a Small Business Economic Impact Analysis.
