OCM has launched applications for Cannabis Showcase Events (CSE), creating new opportunities for licensed cannabis businesses to connect with consumers across New York State.
These events allow licensed dispensaries to partner with cultivators and processors to showcase and sell cannabis products at approved event locations, including pop-up events, farmers’ markets, and public markets.
Cannabis Showcase Events are designed to:
- Expand access to legal cannabis products
- Support licensed operators across the supply chain
- Ensure all activity takes place within a regulated, compliant framework
All events will be subject to strict requirements, including:
- Sales limited to individuals 21 and older
- No on-site consumption
- No unregulated or unlicensed activity
