Marvel has officially unveiled its X-Men cast!
On Friday night (August 14) at D23 during the entertainment showcase, Marvel boss Kevin Feige walked onstage with several of the already-announced cast members and they unveiled some additional options!
Here’s the full cast list for the upcoming X-Men film so far
- Sadie Sink as Jean Grey
- Kit Connor as Cyclops
- Christopher Abbott as Professor X
- Samara Weaving as Emma Frost
- Adam Driver as Mr. Sinister
- Maya Boyd as Storm
- Inde Navarrette as Rogue
Inde had been rumored to be playing Mystique, but the Obsession star is actually playing Rogue. Maya is a known theatre actress and this film will mark her first major film role.
Odessa A’Zion was also rumored to play Rogue at one point and here’s what she said in response.
X-Men movie lands a release date
The film will officially be released on May 5, 2028 and is directed by Jake Schreier, who previously helmed Thunderbolts.
Feige joined the cast on stage and Adam showed up via a video announcement.
“Kevin and I have been talking for years about me joining MCU,” Adam said, adding that they “found something perfect with characters I feel very deeply about.”
