LCB Action: Cannabis Rulemaking – License Fees

On July 1, 2026 during its regularly scheduled meeting the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) approved the following action impacting three cannabis rules:

2026 Legislative Implementation (EHB 2681): Final rules filed (CR-103) – Effective Immediately

The Board approved amendments to WAC 314-55-075WAC 314-55-077, and WAC 314-55-079 necessary to align rules with statutory license fee increases under EHB 2681 – Modifying cannabis producer processor, and retailer license fees, which went into effect June 11, 2026.

These final rules are effective immediately.
