The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR), in conjunction with the Colorado
Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), is issuing a Health and Safety Advisory (HSA) due to the identification of contaminated Regulated Marijuana Vaporizer Delivery Devices produced by CC Brands LLC, doing business as Stash House CO.
The CDPHE and DOR deem it a threat to public health and safety when marijuana is found to contain butane above the acceptable limits established in Colorado Marijuana Rule 4-215.
The affected product is listed in the HSA by license number and Harvest Batch number, and was sold at 43 stores between August 13, 2026, and September 3, 2026. The list of affected stores can be found here.
Consumers who possess this affected product should destroy it or return it to the store from which it was purchased for proper disposal. Consumers who experience adverse health effects after consuming the affected product should seek medical attention immediately and report the event to the MED by submitting a MED Reporting Form.
