Are you interested in building a career, starting a business, or providing professional services in Massachusetts’ regulated cannabis industry? The Cannabis Control Commission’s Social Equity Program (SEP) may be able to help.
The Social Equity Program is a free, statewide technical assistance and training program designed to create sustainable pathways into the cannabis industry for individuals who have been disproportionately affected by marijuana prohibition and enforcement.
Applications will be accepted from:
September 1 through November 30, 2026
Prospective applicants should begin by reviewing the program’s eligibility requirements, four training tracks, and application documentation guidance.
